This restaurant opened in February 2025. The owner and chef Giovanni Lacourte "Gio" was featured on the television show with Food Network celebrity Guy Fieri in August 2022 when he was working at his parent's restaurant Joe's Meat Market. He is youngest chef to be featured on that program.

Giovanni's is renowned for its fresh, handmade pasta and high-quality meats sourced from local markets. This sounds like a great place to get together for us to enjoy good food and good company.
