This group is for people who want real-world weight loss and consistency—no extremes, no pressure. We meet weekly for coach-led walks, simple habit goals (steps, protein, water, sleep), and encouraging accountability. Come as you are, leave with a clear plan for the week.
Who this is for
Busy adults—especially men 30–45 with 50+ lbs to lose—who want to start (or restart) with something doable. All levels and ages are welcome; we keep the vibe supportive and beginner-friendly.
What to expect

  • 40–60 minute walk at conversational pace (split by pace if needed)
  • Quick “game plan” tip of the week (nutrition, steps, sleep, mindset)
  • Optional private check-in (wins + next steps)
  • Zero judgment, consistent encouragement
