A warm welcome to KEEP IN TOUCH, a new community group in the Bays, focused on connecting like-minded and heart-centered individuals on a deeper level through a variety of conscious or embodied activities.

• Have a break from small-talk, judgements and pretenses.
• An invitation to be curious and learn something new.
• Dance if you like.
• An event for adults of all ages, races and genders.

❓What to expect on the day

• Chat, mix and mingle unguided.
• Deep Chats conversation opener cards available.
• A cover band will play in intervals, making it harder to talk. Invitation to dance.
