Kelowna Walking for Happiness is a friendly and welcoming weekend walking group for people who believe life feels better when we walk, talk, and connect. The group is designed for relaxed walks in nature or around the city, meeting new people in a positive and pressure-free environment, taking a break from daily stress and screen time, and ending each walk with a casual coffee and meaningful conversation. This is not a fitness or hiking group—there is no pace pressure or performance focus, just gentle walking, human connection, and calm weekends. We meet on Saturdays between 12:00 and 3:00 PM, walking for about 60–90 minutes before enjoying coffee together. Meeting points vary each week (parks, lakeside paths, or downtown areas) and are shared in advance. The group is open to anyone new to Kelowna or looking to expand their social circle, who enjoys walking, conversation, and values mental well-being and simple joy. Come alone, bring comfortable shoes, a positive mindset, curiosity about people and stories—and leave feeling lighter, one step, one conversation, one coffee at a time ✨
