Join us at the Kennesaw Breast Cancer Thrivers Getting to Know You Meet Up. This event is catered towards cancer fighters and survivors, offering a supportive space to share experiences, insights, and resources for any stage of your breast cancer journey. We will explore strategies for resilience, positivity, and strength as we navigate the complexities of life after a cancer diagnosis. Don't miss this opportunity to uplift and empower each other in our shared fight against breast cancer.
* I am not a medical professional. I was diagnosed with Stage 2 b, Grade 3 Triple Negative Breast Cancer in May of 2024. I completed a 14 week course of chemotherapy in Oct of 2024. On 11/11/2024 I had surgery, and the pathology revealed " no evidence of disease."
I couldn't find any in person support groups for breast cancer fighters, survivors, and thrivers in our area. The first meeting will be just an informal meet and greet. We will be meeting in the conference room of The Daily Grind Coffee Shop at 3960 Mary Eliza Trace in Marietta. They sell great coffee and yummy snacks and food. Please no outside food or drinks.
