Kensington/Windsor Writing Workshop to meet Sunday May 7 at 4PM

Details
Hello young writers wherever you are, especially in Brooklyn:
The Kensington/Windsor Terrace Writing Workshop is heading for its fourth meeting on the first Sunday in May, the 7th, at Batata on Fort Hamilton Parkway. Last time out, we got some good work done on quality fiction written by Issam and Robert. Everyone pitched in and progress progressed on all fronts.
Let’s try it again—with your writing to work on, if you have some. If you haven’t got anything right now, the three weeks ahead invite you to have a go. We’ve been focusing on fiction and memoir, but we’ll try our hands at anything you can come up with. What’s been best about our workshopping is that it’s been illuminating and worthwhile even for people who didn’t bring their own work along. Insights abound, and they’re free. (Although I am asking for a $10 charge in order to defray the expenses of maintaining this page and the venue.)
If you’ve been writing something you’d like to workshop, it’s best if you can get a few pages to me in advance at rafzab297@gmail.com so I can work out a programming sequence and allot appropriate time. Once I have your, I can pass it around to other members, if you like; you should also bring along at least six copies on the day, so that we can read it together.
Please RSVP if you want to attend, and feel free to get in touch with me with further questions or any other matter, either via this website or at my email address, as given above. It’s been a treat to chair this workshop, and I look forward to another productive interation. I hope you’ll be there and that, hey young writers, your troubles are few.
Thanks and all the best:::::::::Rafi Zabor
