🎙 Sean Henry, Compliance & Projects Manager @ Maidstone Borough Council
Best known for The Business Terrace, supporting hundreds of businesses for years to start, grow and establish themselves in Maidstone. Sean is now doing it all over again on a bigger scale with a more specialised focus.
🏢 Health – the future of your business.
According to the OECD, since September 11th 2001 when 2,977 sadly lost their lives, the security sector globally has grown around 8% per annum, far outstripping any other industry. As of 14th August, according to John Hopkins, COVID has taken 760,318 lives and is not slowing down. As morbid as it is, health is due to become the central theme to every culture and economy and you can’t afford to miss the opportunities coming with it.

🎙 Mark Rose, Employee Engagement Lead @ bemix
Mark lives in Bearsted, married with three boys, a couple of cats and too many bicycles! (n+1 for those that know.) He has over 30 years of experience in senior roles, spanning Financial information, Energy commodity pricing, Customer Experience Consultancy and Digital Marketing. For the past 2 years, he has worked for an amazing NfP organisation called bemix, where he works with, and for young people with learning difficulties and/or autism, supporting them to independence to find employment through the bemix Supported Internship Programme.
📚 We all have Superpowers
Mark’s presentation is a compelling story of two individuals and how digital and support internships changed their lives.
