Hythe & Saltwood 7.5 mile circular

Meet on Princes Parade promenade directly opposite the Hotel Imperial. Parking is freely available in nearby roads. From the meet point, we walk inland and uphill to Saltwood, passing the historic castle on our way, before walking through the pretty surrounding woodland and undulating countryside, before returning to Hythe where our walk concludes with a stroll back to the seafront. This is a comfortable, varied and scenic walk. There are several pubs and cafes in Hythe where people can dine after the walk.
