A safe online container for women!

You’ve made your vision board.
You know what you want to call in for 2026 — more love, support, ease, success, money, community…
And yet… when life starts to move, your body tightens.
You hesitate. You overthink. You hold back.

This is the missing piece most manifestation teachings skip:

You can only receive what your nervous system feels safe to hold.

This kickoff event is the opening circle of Safe to Receive — a live, intimate journey for women who are ready to gently unwind protective patterns in the body and expand their capacity to receive the life they desire.

### ✨ What we’ll do together

In this kickoff session, you can expect:

  • a grounding + nervous system regulation practice
  • a short teaching on why receiving can feel unsafe (even when you want it)
  • intention setting for the next 3 months
  • space to share and be witnessed (always optional)
  • connection with other women in a safe, supportive circle

  • you’re tired of “pushing” and want to soften into your desires
  • you crave a gentle, trauma-aware, embodied approach
  • you want to be supported by a group of women on the same path
