JavaScript Demos and Discussions

This month we’re back at the Lexington Central Library Room B 4th floor (http://www.lexpublib.org/location/central-library).

Get ready scripting fans — its gonna be pretty awesome. Please invite anyone who you think would get something out of this meet up. We’ve got two talks planned — one from Allen Cook (@pyromanfo) and one from Chase Southard (@southard). They’ll take about 15 to 20 minutes a piece. Then we’re gonna open up the floor for discussions.

Session # 1: WebGL
Allen is going to talk about WebGL in all its awesomeness. How it works, how to code it, what tools you can use, and what kind of support (browser and mobile) you can expect.

Session # 2: Living with AngularJS
Chase started using AngularJS on a production project. He's going to tell us what is best and worst about Angular from a getting-the-job-done perspective.
