The group will start with a 23 minute talk and guided meditation.

This will be followed by discussion of 2 videos from Integral Life. I suggest you watch them both before the meeting. We can discuss one or both. Or we can play one or the other, or part of one of them, and then follow that by discussion.

We had talked about playing a video called "Exploring Teal and Turquoise Psychotherapy" but upon review I thought the other videos were better.
