the 4 Pillars of Awakened Mutuality: a 4-part series

Mutual Awakening is a state-training practice developed by Patricia Albere. The idea is to bring the depth of consciousness available in personal meditation to the relational space between and around us.

Giving the presence and careful intention of meditation to each other face to face opens up something totally different than private meditation. My experience with this practice has been a subtle but powerful sense of being connected to a collective consciousness that has both universal qualities and specific qualities related to the people engaged in the practice with me.

Like meditation, it can be performed by people at different levels of stage developement, but is particularly applicable to 2nd tier consciousness.

During this meetup, we will participate in a global call with Patricia Albere, who will be leading an exploration of Mutual Awakening in the context of a variety of topics. Portions of the call will be dedicated to practicing Mutual Awakening, sharing, and Q&A.
