Wednesday Bug Squash

Details

We've all been there: hours spent chasing a mysterious bug, a piece of code that just won't cooperate, or a cryptic error that leads to a dead end. Don't let that roadblock kill your productivity or passion!

Welcome to Wednesday Bug Squash, your weekly interactive session dedicated to getting you unstuck. This isn't a lecture; it's a hands-on, collaborative workshop where we tackle your real-world coding problems together.

Whether you're a student, a hobbyist, or a professional developer, a second pair of eyes can make all the difference.

How It Works:
The format is simple and effective:

  • We jump on an online call. (Link will be provided.)
  • You share your problem. When it's your turn, you'll share your screen and walk us through the bug you're facing.
  • We fix it live. We'll dive into the code with you, ask questions, and work towards a solution that everyone can learn from.
  • First-come, first-served. We'll help people in the order they join the queue, so be sure to arrive on time!

Who should attend?

  • Developers hitting a wall on a project.
  • Students needing help with coding assignments.
  • Anyone who wants to improve their debugging skills by watching real problems get solved.

What to Prepare:

  • Have your project open in your code editor.
  • Be ready to explain what you're trying to achieve and what's going wrong.
  • A working microphone to explain your issue.
