The Low Carb - Keto - Carnivore London meetup is a group for people who are practising or just interested in the benefits of Low Carb - Keto - Carnivore diets, fasting and ketosis/ ketones.
We meet up every month to share the latest Low Carb, Keto, Carnivore knowledge and make new friends with common interests. We've grown from just a few members in 2017 to nearly almost 1200 to date. And we get great turnouts every month of around 25 people with a wide variety of Low Carb - Keto - Carnivore interests.
We exchange information and learn from each others' experiences, learnings, practical tips and the latest research on all the reported benefits (e.g. cognitive or athletic performance, weight loss, energy, anti-aging, anti-inflammatory, and other therapeutic benefits).

Cocoa Runners are specially curating a 100% craft chocolate collection to show off the incredible flavours of *great* 100% chocolate.
Requests for chocolate recommendations for keto dieters are very common. Sometimes you see recommendations for Lindt 100% and similar. If you like that, great! However the world of 100% craft chocolate offers a huge, incredible variety of flavours that the big brands never can.
Bad 100% chocolate is dull and nasty and bitter. Great 100% chocolate can be a completely different experience.

This will be a guided taste testing through an array of 100% craft chocolate AND we get a full 100% bar from Marou to take away.
Most if not all of the chocolate will be gluten-free. It will all be dairy free. It will not have artificial sweeteners or flavours added.
To enable this Meetup to go ahead, we need to have 10 tickets sold by 15 September, so if you are tempted, go for it! If there are fewer than 10 joiners by 15 September, it will be cancelled, and our purchases will be fully refunded.
