Live music taking us through the Rhythms until ‘You and I are One’ in the moment of ecstasy. For as long as there have been human beings on this earth, people all over the world have been dancing into ecstasy to the primal beat of the drum and the dulcet tone of the flute. Come, and maybe we too will experience being at one with it all.

I have been collaborating with musicians for many years to create live music to dance the 5Rhythms. In more recent years I have been working regularly with Chris Tero, Storme Watson, Fran Loze and Patrick Carpenter. I love their sensitivity, gentleness, versatility and power. They have a wonderful ability to be in the moment with us, allowing the 5 Rhythms to manifest in their music even as we allow the 5Rhythms to manifest in our dance.

Times:

7.30 – 10.00 pm. Please arrive in time to begin at 7.30
Main entrance doors are locked soon after 7:30pm. Plenty of free parking in the area.

Cost:

Higher income £30. Standard fee £25. Lower income £20. Universal Credit £12.

Musicians' Crowd Fund:

Please consider a donation to the wonderful musicians who support the Dance on these live music nights. They travel right across London and from Sussex to be with us. I share the night's takings equally with them. Split four or five ways it’s very little for what they offer. They come anyway because they love the synergy that is created between us all and it is a unique opportunity. I am hoping some additional crowd funding support will help to regularly supplement the income on the night so our musicians can receive a better income, and one that reflects what they offer us.
