Renee Kische, With over 18yrs as a full-time Realtor, in, CA, Renee has successfully straddled both residential resale & investors. With a degree in psychology & business she melds a panache for the bottom line & emotional intelligence blending calm & chaos for seamless transactions even in the most difficult deals including probate, reo, short-sales, divorce, & pre foreclosure to name a few. Currently a student leader in Astroflipping, she continues to encourages new wholesalers how best to navigate direct to agent off-market opportunities. Her current new passion project is the podcast Ask The Agent Anything, where weekly discussions kick off spirited topics that aim to intersect agents and investors to support and connect through lively discussions.
