Our first meet-up will be all about our needs and wishes. Kind of a Boot Camp for Brews night (or whatever). What do we know about real estate? What should I look "out" for when buying a house? Should I rent or should I buy? What are our "last house" stories to laugh about...and share. Let's laugh and cry and enjoy our shared interests (remember, we only have an hourish).

What are the costs of a home that is most expensive and how can I get those costs down? How can I have my lifestyle fit my property search? Let's talk about pricing strategies and staging tips. What would a professional contractor say about our projects? What is our financing trend now? Our meetings will give me ideas of what to bring.
