About Ray: Level 2 Animal Flow Coach, NASM Personal Trainer, 10+ Years experience in Kung Fu and Tai Chi, and other martial arts.

When: Tuesday, 13:00–14:00 PM
Where: Tsuen Wan or Kwai Chung - To be confirmed.
Fee: 150 HKD per session.
