Details

Move Like a Beast, Flow Like Kung Fu!
Join me, Raymond, a Level 2 Animal Flow Coach with over 8 years of experience in Traditional Chinese Martial Arts (Pigua, Tongbei, and Taichi), for a fun and engaging session that combines Animal Flow, Kung Fu, and Taichi basics.

This is not a typical follow-the-leader class. Each session is tailored to the group, offering a unique experience to help you "fill in the gaps" of your movement library. Whether you’re exploring new techniques, improving mobility, destressing, or learning mindful movement, this session is for you.

Expect a mix of flows, fitness drills, Kung Fu patterns, conditioning exercises, and creative movement exploration in a relaxed, beginner-friendly environment.

Who Should Join?

  • Taichi players who want to improve balance, strength, and mobility.
  • Office workers looking to move, release body tension, and feel energised.
  • Expats and visitors curious to experience traditional Chinese martial arts.
  • Anyone interested in creative movement and mindful fitness.

What to Expect:

  • A personalised session tailored to the group.
  • A combination of Animal Flow, Kung Fu drills and patterns, and Taichi movements to build strength, mobility, and coordination.
  • Animal Flow is a quadrupedal movement system involving both hands and feet on the floor, so expect to use your whole body.

What to Bring:

  • A towel.
  • A change of clothes if you’d like to shower at the nearby sports center.
  • Gloves (since your hands will be on the floor).
  • Water to stay hydrated.
  • Comfortable clothing (no jeans, please).

Additional Details:

  • Rate**:** $150 per hour (may go over depending on session length).
  • Regular classes are available on Thursday and Sunday at the Martial Club in Kwai Fong.
  • I also teach private lessons or provide personal training tailored to your specific needs.

For more information, visit www.kungfuquest.com.

Why Join?

  • Explore new movement patterns and improve functional strength.
  • Enhance mobility, balance, and body awareness.
  • Build stamina and strength through Kung Fu drills and conditioning.
  • Destress and reconnect with your body through mindful motion.

Whatever your goals, come along, say hi, and let me help you find your flow. Let’s move and grow together!
