What we’re about
Hello,
This is your local Book club where we read books from modern to classic literature.
We meetup biweekly on Tuesday evenings to discuss said books.
This is an English Book club meaning that all books will be in English and so is the discussions.
Your English levels should be good enough to be able to read and understand novels as for speaking it is alright if you weren't too fluent we don't judge.... or do we?
You will be expected to read at least 85% of the asked material before showing up to any session
In our sessions we discuss the book that was selected. The sessions are run by a host who will lead the discussion and ask questions and what not. (There are no book readings in the session you have to read the book by yourself before showing up)
As for the rules of the Book club it is mostly like any other place, be nice and respectful, be a good listener and try your best not to cut off other people when they are speaking.
Signing up for 2 sessions and failing to show up will lead to removal from the book club.
