OpenXR 1.0 Release

Since April, the Khronos organization has been hard at work reviewing and integrating user feedback for the first release of the cross-platform AR/VR API spec, OpenXR. Now version 1.0 is available - so let's get started! Bring your most capable laptop and we'll install Monado. Bring any HMDs or VR devices if you have them and we'll give this thing a spin.
