· 7 nights accommodation shared twin room at the very city centre in "A room in the city”. Historic beautiful building before a Monastery located same street as Hotel Londres famous for accommodating actors and directors taking part at the International Film Festival.

· 3 Film Festival evening cinema tickets.

· 12 hours Essentials Yoga Therapy.

· 6 hours Japanese Acupressure Introduction.

· 18 hours Yoga & Japanese Acupressure Certificate of attendance.
