What we’re about

Learn a new skill while getting fit and having fun. Offering 1 on 1 or small group sessions. For all ages and genders, no experience or gear required (though if you have your own gloves, wraps etc. please bring!). The sessions are customizable to meet your goals and will include some pad work, contact drills (optional), cardio and full body functional strength exercises.
