KiCKSTARTs' Open Business SCRUM

Join us at Kickstart for our Morning Business SCRUMS, held daily at 11am & 6pm, at the KiCKSTART Coworking & Business Catalyst offices.

These quick check-ins are effective ways to promote your work, meet other KiCKSTART members, and generate potential business.

Typically used in large organizations, SCRUMS help keep projects moving forward by helping to plan, manage and anticipate results. Our version of a SCRUM is called an OPEN SCRUM.

Our OPEN SCRUMS last approximately 15 minutes and are structured to maximize your exposure to the community. Each participant has 60 seconds to explain: what are you working on, what you need help with, what area you excel at that can help others.

6pm - Reverse Business Scrum

REVERSE SCRUM Rules:

• no real change, but for those who are attending 2 SCRUMS each day (our 11am & 6pm), this is a chance to review "What got done today" instead of "What I plan to do today".

• if you attend the 1-hr SCRUM SIDEBAR event after the 11am SCRUM, (Mondays & Fridays), this is a chance to connect with others and work on your problems together.
