### 🌸 EFA: Support for Late-Identified Autistic Women
We’re EFA – a UK charity dedicated to supporting women who discover they are autistic later in life. Our work focuses on filling the gap in female-oriented autism support, recognising that many women have gone undiagnosed due to differences in how autism presents and long-standing diagnostic biases.
We offer two services:

## 🧠1. Monthly Neurodivergent Social Meet-Ups
When: Every first Sunday of the month
Time: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Where: High Wycombe
Cost: Free

A relaxed, welcoming space for autistic and neurodivergent women and men to meet, chat, and connect with others who get it.

🎨 Mindful colouring and an art corner for creative expression

## 💻 2. 10-Week Online Course: Psychoeducational Support for Late-Identified Autistic Women
Where: Online (Zoom)
Duration: 10 weeks | 1.5 hours per week

This course is specially designed for women who received their autism diagnosis (or self-identification) later in life.
Each week, we explore topics such as:
✨ Understanding your diagnosis
✨ Looking back on life with self-compassion
✨ Gaining confidence and self-acceptance
✨ Developing strategies that work for you
✨ Connecting with others and sharing your story
It’s a safe and supportive space to process your experience and meet others on a similar journey.
