Join us on Saturday, March 1st at 1PM for the Maui Mental Health Meetup for adults struggling with anxiety, depression and other mental health issues. This event will provide emotional support, self-empowerment and self-improvement strategies to navigate the new year with mental wellness in mind. Through knowledge sharing, peer support, and spiritual practices, participants will learn tools for maintaining mental health. The group will include conversations on managing relationships, healing techniques, and building a supportive community. Come connect with like-minded people and find understanding and support.
