Join us for an afternoon of grounding, connection, and collective care at Calm For A Cause, a community wellness event supporting the East Nashville Care Market. As many of our neighbors face financial and food insecurity this holiday season, this gathering is a chance to nourish ourselves and give back to our community. A portion of all proceeds will be donated directly to the East Nashville Care Market and donation items including diapers, formula, non-perishable food, new or gently-used coats & clothing will also be accepted.

Created with women, queer community members, and allies at heart, this gathering invites you into an affirming, alcohol-free space to soften, connect, and feel genuinely supported.

What’s Included:

We’ll move through a gentle, restorative flow of practices to soothe the nervous system and reconnect you to your center:

🧘 Meditation - A grounding practice to arrive fully and soften into the space. Lead by Cassie Cichocki @mocktailsandmusings

🌬️ Breathwork - Accessible breath techniques to release tension and invite clarity. Lead by Taylor Gentry @synthesisfit

🔔 Sound Bath - Immersive, vibrational healing to help you drop into deep rest. Lead by Nikki Remme @nikki.remme

🍹 Mocktails & Mingling - Close out the afternoon with curated alcohol-free beverages, community connection, and time to chat deeper with new friends. Sponsored by some of our favorite NA brands.

🛍️ A small curated gift bag as a token of our appreciation. Provided by our lovely sponsors.

What to bring:

Comfy clothes

A yoga mat

An optional blanket and pillow for the sound bath

An open heart and willingness to relax

What you can bring to donate:

books, diapers, formula, used or new coats - all ages, baby wipes, kids toys, canned food - specifically vegetables.
