What we’re about

I’ve noticed that there isn’t a running group in Kimmage—most people run individually. By training together as a group, we can make our runs more enjoyable and be a source of motivation for each other!

I usually run 10K after work at an average pace of 6.00 in Eamonn Ceannt Park.
We’ll meet in the park, do some warm-up exercises, and then start running.
We’ll also do some stretching after the run.
I would be happy if you join me.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask!
(I am not an experienced runner, but if a professional runner would like to join me, I would be very happy to learn new things).
