What we’re about
Women-only, online (UK time). We host kind, accessible meditations to calm busy minds, ease stress, and grow self-compassion. Beginners welcome.
Kind Minds for Women is a friendly gentle and non-judgemental space to unwind without perfection pressure. We practise simple, guided meditation & mindfulness to settle the nervous system, quiet the mind, and nurture self-kindness and compassion.
Who it’s for
Women who want more calm, clarity, and compassion—especially in midlife, or navigating stress, ADHD traits, or menopause.
What we do
- Monthly live online meditation (~45 mins) on Google Meet
 - Gentle breath & body awareness + a short self-kindness practice
 - Optional 3–5 min reflection at the end
 - Arrive 5 minutes early; we start on time (late entries at a natural pause)
 
How it works
- Low-cost events (typically £10) • Live (recordings not currently guaranteed)
 - Join link is emailed after payment (camera optional; mic muted)
