### Sitting with the Hard Stuff: Anger, Uncertainty & the Shadow Self

Some of the most meaningful growth happens in the places we usually avoid — anger, uncertainty, discomfort, and the parts of ourselves we’d rather keep hidden.
This session will be a thoughtful, open conversation about the emotions and inner experiences that can feel messy, confusing, or even taboo. Together, we’ll explore questions like:

  • What is anger trying to teach us?
  • Making peace with uncertainty
  • Do we have to suffer to grow?
  • The shadow self: confronting our less cute parts
  • How do we sit with discomfort — in ourselves or others?

What to expect:

  • A respectful, open-minded group conversation
  • Time to listen, reflect, and share (only if you want to)
  • A calm, grounded atmosphere focused on self-awareness and connection

You don’t need any background in philosophy, spirituality, or psychology—just a willingness to reflect and engage thoughtfully. Come as you are, leave with new perspectives (and maybe better questions).
✨ All are welcome.
