### Sitting with the Hard Stuff: Anger, Uncertainty & the Shadow Self
Some of the most meaningful growth happens in the places we usually avoid — anger, uncertainty, discomfort, and the parts of ourselves we’d rather keep hidden.
This session will be a thoughtful, open conversation about the emotions and inner experiences that can feel messy, confusing, or even taboo. Together, we’ll explore questions like:
- What is anger trying to teach us?
- Making peace with uncertainty
- Do we have to suffer to grow?
- The shadow self: confronting our less cute parts
- How do we sit with discomfort — in ourselves or others?
What to expect:
- A respectful, open-minded group conversation
- Time to listen, reflect, and share (only if you want to)
- A calm, grounded atmosphere focused on self-awareness and connection
You don’t need any background in philosophy, spirituality, or psychology—just a willingness to reflect and engage thoughtfully. Come as you are, leave with new perspectives (and maybe better questions).
✨ All are welcome.
