Welcome to KindSpace.
Join us for a gentle and supportive online gathering created for those navigating (or recovering from) burnout, emotionally exhausting leadership, or unhealthy work cultures.
In our last session, we explored the symptoms and phases of burnout — naming what many of us quietly carry.
This time, we will gently continue that journey by exploring burnout recovery strategies: how we begin to come back to ourselves, restore safety in the body, and reconnect with what nourishes us.
This KindSpace will be co-hosted by Johanna, a fellow co-creator of KindSpace, trauma-informed clinical psychologist, and embodiment practitioner with deep experience in nervous system regulation, emotional healing, and self-leadership.
✨ This is not a training, not a webinar, and not a space for performance.
❗ It also does not replace professional therapy.
You are welcome exactly as you are. You will not be asked to share, speak, or turn your camera on unless you feel comfortable.
