Join us for a gentle and supportive online gathering created for those navigating (or recovering from) burnout, emotionally exhausting leadership, or unhealthy work cultures.
In our last gathering, we listened to the story of a leader who learned how to build safe, burnout-free work environments.
This time, we welcome Ivana, one of our fellow KindSpace co-creators. Drawing from her own experience, she will guide us through the subtle but important signals of when enough is enough, how to set interpersonal boundaries at work, and how to practice digital well-being in a world where we are expected to always be βon.β
