Shamanic Breathwork & Ecstatic Dance

Join Heather Hope and DJ Tink for Shamanic Breathwork & Ecstatic Dance on August 24th at 6:30pm (doors open at 6pm).
The schedule is as follows:
6:30pm - Opening Circle - Introductions, drawing angel cards & setting intentions

7pm - Breathwork with Heather Hope - Includes an in depth explanation & full breathwork experience
7:50pm - Ecstatic Dance with DJ Tink - Freeform dance set to flowing rhythms starting from the floor
9:10 - Closing Circle
This event is a safe container from the moment you walk in the doors to the moment you leave. You will be held, cared for and poured into. The studio has a water station for water bottle refills and fruit will be provided after the dance to replenish.
