What we’re about
My name is Val, and I have been teaching Ceroc Partner Dancing in the Newbury & Basingstoke area since 2009.
We have a fabulous community of local dancers who attend our Thursday dance nights at the Fieldgate Centre in Kingsclere.
Our membership group are mixed ages varying from 18 - 80, but with most members around the 40-50 age bracket, and an even mix of men and ladies.
Some people join as couples, some on their own and everyone is welcome.
Just because its a partner dance, it doesn't mean you have to bring a partner or dance with the same person, we move everyone around continuously during lessons, so it is a hugely social activity.
Its a great place to foster new friendships, stay physically and mentally active and become part of one of the friendliest communities you could ever encounter.
Bonus.... you will learn to dance too, so weddings, parties and nights out will take on a whole new shape.
New members are welcome to come along any Thursday, doors open at 7.30pm, and we also have a Free Beginners Day on Sunday 26th October from 1.30pm - 4.30pm.
