Queer Crafts Social

Are you are artist, crafter or a maker? Would you like to socialise with like minded individuals for a couple of hours? Bring a current project to keep your hands busy and come along to share experiences, tips and tricks. This is a special weekend edition of our regular Thursday afternoon event.

This is event was conceived as ‘fibre-artist’ group, but we aim to be as inclusive as possible and support queer creatives of all flavours in Kingston and surrounding areas. So if you’re happy to turn up and talk about technique, process or the trials and tribulations of seeing projects though to the very end we look forward to meeting you.

Beginners and the curious minded welcome, but please be advised that this is a social not a workshop.

About your host:
Mags’ current main crafts are crochet, book binding and collagraphy-printing. They grew up in a house full of art graduates and will turn their hand to just about anything.
