Our screening is like an Open-Mic night just for films.
Everyone is welcome to submit a short and take part in our challenge.
We believe in freedom of creativity, and learning by doing and want to encourage filmmakers of all levels to make films and present their work live on stage.

Available film submission categories:
1. Challenge Films:
-Topic for this screening: "Cost of Living"
-Independently produced
-Max length of 2 minutes (excl. credits)
-Audience votes for the best film
-The winner receives a pitcher of beer
-No submission fee
2. Regular Films:
-Free topic
-Independently produced
-Max. length 6 minutes (exceptions possible on request)
-No competition and no submission fee

Doors open at 6:00 p.m. / Films start at 7:00 p.m.
It's free to attend but we would welcome a $5-10 donation to cover our cost and support Kino Toronto.
