🌍 Rooted in Afro-Indigenous traditions of Brazil, Capoeira Angola brings together movement, music, and culture—an art form of resilience, rhythm, and community.
For Kids
Children will explore playful, flowing movements, discover drumming and call-and-response songs, and learn the stories behind this vibrant living tradition. Each class builds focus, coordination, confidence, and social connection—all through rhythm and interactive play.
For Adults
Step into the circle and immerse yourself in capoeira’s grounded, flowing style—building strength, agility, and balance. Learn to play instruments like the berimbau, sing traditional songs, and connect with capoeira’s deep cultural roots of resistance, creativity, and joy.
