International BBQ Hiking at 奥池(Okuike) &東お多福山(Mt.Higashi Otafukuyama) in Ashiya

Greedy outdoor event that is collaborated BBQ with hiking is here ! Royu drive way is a very popular spot in Ashiya city, and it’s full of many on holidays. BBQ site, “Okuike Asobino Hiroba” and “Mt. Higashiotafukuyama” are top two popular spots that are in the drive way and we can go there by bus easily. At the BBQ site, savor original BBQ for lunch surrounding by the great nature ! Especially, quite vibe of a big pond, “Okuike” next to the BBQ site will ease your daily stress !
At the main event, let’s go up to the summit of Mt. Otafukuyama ! Mt. Otafukuyama is the unique mountain that summit is covered with grass all around ! Furthermore, magnificent scenery from there will not only amaze you but also give you a memorable impact !
You don’t have to take a long walk so, this event is suitable for hiking beginners !
Let’s have a lot of fun by BBQ and hiking in the great nature together !

〇 Meeting place and meeting time
Hankyu railway Ashiyagawa station at AM9:30 !
※ Meet together in front of the ticket gate of the station.
Pay attention that we would never wait for you and go ahead if you were late !

〇 Overall schedule
• 9:45 : Leave from Hankyu Ashiyagawa station and move to Okuike Shukaishomae bus stop by Hankyu bus, No.111 ! (460yen)
• 10:00 : Arrive at Okuike Shukaishomae bus stop and move to Okuike Asobino Hiroba by walking !
• 10:15 : Arrive at Okuike Asobino Hiroba ! Prepare BBQ lunch there !
• 12:00 : BBQ lunch time is started ! Enjoy original BBQ of 【KIOG】 !
• 14:00 : Finish eating BBQ and clean up the mess at BBQ site !
• 14:30 : Leave from Okuike Asobino Hiroba and move to the entrance for hiking trail of Mt.Higashiotafukuyama !
• 15:00 : Arrive at the entrance of the hiking trail ! Go up to the summit of Mt.Higashiotafukuyama by walking !
• 16:00 : Arrive at the summit of Mt.Higashiotafukuyama ! Enjoy the amazing scenery there ! Go down from the mountain by walking after taking a rest !
• 17:00 : Arrive at the bus stop of Higashiotafukuyama tozanguchi and dismiss there once !
• 17:07 : Leave from the bus stop of Higashiotafukuyama tozanguchi and move to Hankyu Ashiyagawa station or JR Ashiya station by Hankyu bus together ! You can select convenient one in order to go home. (400yen)
• 17:21: Arrive at Hankyu Ashiyagawa station !
• 17:27 : Arrive at JR Ashiya station !

〇 Participation fee
1,500 yen ( Included ingredients for BBQ lunch and entrance fee of the BBQ site )
※ Drink is not included in the participation fee so, please prepare your drink in advance !
※ Your transportation expenses should be prepared by yourself.

〇 Condition of cancelation
・If weather forecast of the previous day says that the probability of the rain is 50% over.
・If there are 3 participants or under as of PM11:30 on the previous day.
※ Notification of cancelation will be informed on this Meetup site by AM : on the event day.

〇 Note
• Please push "Going" button if you will join it. If you would not do it, you could not join us even if you would visit our Meeting place. We will never admit that you bring someone that didn’t sign up to attend this event. Please join us after confirming that your attendance is registered or not before you come to our event on that day.
• If you could not join it after you pushed “Gong button”, please cancel it at the latest 48 hours before the meeting time ! If you cancel it after that without asking for permission, you will be banned to join our group permanently. Thank you for your understanding about what our organizers must prepare ingredients of BBQ for participants who sign up to attend this event in advance !
• Participants for hitting on girls, promoting any kind of religion, network business or the other business are driven out from this event as soon as we find it.
• The organizer never takes responsibility for any trouble and any accident in this event.

BBQとハイキングがコラボした欲張りなアウトドアイベントが今ここに！芦屋の人気スポット、芦有ドライブウェイは休日には多くの人々で賑わいます。ドライブウェイの中にあるBBQサイト、”奥池あそびの広場”と”東お多福山”はバスで手軽に行ける人気スポットです。BBQサイトでは大自然に囲まれながら【KIOG】昼食にオリジナルBBQをランチをご堪能下さい！特に、BBQサイトの横にある大きな池、”奥池”の静かな雰囲気は日頃のストレスを癒してくれるでしょう！
メインイベントは、お多福山の山頂を目指します！おたふく山は山頂一面が芝生で覆われた珍しい山です。そこからの壮大な景色は見る人を圧倒するだけでなく、忘れられない感動を与えてくれます！
長い距離を歩く必要がないので、ハイキング初心者にピッタリのイベントです！広大な自然の中で一緒にBBQとハイキングを楽しみましょう！
（ウォーキングの距離＝約4km：レベル=初級）

※ 参加資格＝18歳以上45歳以下(参加資格を満たさない方の参加登録はご遠慮願います)

〇 待ち合わせ場所と待ち合わせ時間
阪急電車 芦屋川駅にAM9:30に集合！
※ 駅の改札口前に集合。
集合時間に遅れた場合、お待ちすることは無く先に行かせて頂きますので、ご注意願います！

〇 概略スケジュール
• 9:45 : 阪急バス111系統で阪急芦屋川駅を出発し、阪で奥池集会所前バス停へ移動！（460円）
• 10:00 : 奥池集会所前バス停に到着し、徒歩で奥池遊びの広場へ移動！
• 10:15 奥池遊びの広場に到着！BBQランチの準備！
• 12:00 BBQランチタイム開始！【KIOG】のオリジナルBBQをご堪能下さい！
• 14:00 BBQを終了し、BBQサイトの片付け！
• 14:30 奥池遊びの広場を出発し、東お多福山登山口へ移動！
• 15:00 登山口に到着！歩いて東お多福山の山頂へ！
• 16:00 : 東お多福山の山頂に到着！最高の景色をご堪能下さい！休憩後、歩いて下山！
• 17:00 : 東おたふく山登山口バス停に到着し、そこで一旦解散！
• 17:07 : 一緒に阪急バスで東おたふく山登山口バス停を出発し、阪急芦屋川駅もしくはJR芦屋駅へ移動！お帰りは都合の良い方をお選び下さい。（400円）
• 17:21 : 阪急芦屋川駅に到着！
• 17:27 : JR芦屋駅に到着！

〇 参加費
1,500円（BBQランチの食材費、BBQ場の入場料込み）

※ 参加費に飲み物代は含まれていませんので、飲み物は各自で事前にご準備願います！
※ 交通費は各自で事前にご用意願います。

〇 キャンセル条件
・前日の天気予報の降水確率が50％以上の場合。
・前日のPM11:30時点で参加者が3名以下の場合。
※ キャンセルの通知はイベント当日のAM : 迄にこのMeetupのサイトで通知します。

〇 注記
• 参加される場合、参加ボタンを押してください。参加ボタンを押されていない場合はたとえ待ち合わせ場所を訪問頂いてもご参加頂けません。また、このイベントに参加登録をしていない方をお連れする事は一切、認めません。よって、イベントの当日、待ち合わせ場所にお越しになられる前に参加の登録が行われているか否かをご確認の上、ご参加下さい。
• 参加ボタンを押された後のキャンセルは遅くとも集合時間の48時間前までにお願いします。それ以降、無断でキャンセルされた方は永久に我々のグループへの参加を禁じます。主催者は参加登録をされている方々の為にBBQの食材を事前に用意しなければならない事を何卒ご理解頂けます様、お願い致します！
