Join us for a delicious plant based meal, followed by a presentation given by a health professional (usually a doctor) on how to avoid / reverse various diseases by making a few simple changes in your lifestyle. Free to the public, donations appreciated. Supportive, friendly environment. The evening meal begins at 6, and we finish at 8 pm, Bring a friend! We meet on the 2nd Monday of the month, except for December & June-August at the Kirkland Seventh Day Adventist Fellowship Hall, 6400 108th Ave NE, Kirkland.
