Join me every Sunday in my private Kirkland studio for a fun, empowering, and completely free women’s workout class! 🌿
Each week, I host up to three ladies for a small-group training session designed to help you feel strong, confident, and supported—no matter your current fitness level. Expect a mix of strength training, functional movements, and good vibes only.
This is a perfect opportunity to connect with other women in the area, stay accountable, and experience what it’s like to train in a motivating, welcoming environment.
What to Expect:
💪 45–60 minute functional strength workout
👭 Small group (max 3 women) for personalized attention
🏋️♀️ All equipment provided – just bring water & a great attitude
