Women’s Strength Training

Join me for a women-only strength training class inside my private studio. This class is designed to help you build strength that’s supports healthy muscle and longevity.
Whether you’re newer to strength training or already lifting, movements will be coached with proper form, and progressions will be given so every woman feels successful.
What to expect:
• Full-body strength workout
• Coaching on proper form and technique
• A motivating, supportive atmosphere
• Small group setting for personalized attention
What to bring:
• Wear comfortable workout clothes and supportive shoes
• Water bottle
• Yoga mat (optional) if you rather not be laying directly on the floor for stretches or certain movements
