Try a Energy Yoga and Meditation class every Friday at 6 pm. In this online class you will experience a variety of healing modalities intended to help you restore healthy energy flow in your body. We will stretch, tap, breathe and meditate. Body & Brain Yoga is an energizing and relaxing mindfulness practice suitable to all ages and body conditions. Everyone is welcome, even if you have never done yoga before.
This online class is FREE. Please join the zoom link 5 mins prior to the class time if you can and wear comfortable clothes and find a quite spot. I look forward to seeing you soon!
