Sunday Kirtan!

Join our weekly Kirtan at the SoulBodyFinesse studio, located in the Northwind Lofts building in NE Mpls.

If you enter through Door 8, the studio is on the right and up the stairs (unfortunately, the stairs are the only way to access the unit, so please be aware of this if stairs are a challenge). If you enter through the building's main entrance, follow the signage to find the studio.

Songsheets are available, and there are yoga mats and cushions/bolsters available if you do not wish to bring your own.

Also, feel free to make a day of it by registering for the "Sunday SoulCare" package, which includes this Kirtan gathering plus an all-levels yoga (asana) practice with an extended savasana/soundbath. There are also other Yoga and soundbath offerings on Sundays!
