Polish Dinner Cookup Challenge - Sat 2 Aug, 5pm

Details
Calling all home cooks, bakers, and culinary explorers, we're trying something new again !
Kitchen Catchup hosts Shar and Natia invite you to our newest style of event — the Country Cookup Challenge, where we dive deep into a country’s food culture and share a homemade feast together.
Our first stop: Poland !
From soulful soups and hearty mains to indulgent desserts, Polish cuisine is rooted in comfort and tradition — showcasing ingredients like earthy beetroot, tangy sauerkraut, creamy sour cream, fragrant dill, sweet poppy seeds, and hearty grains like buckwheat. Now it’s your turn to bring one of these vibrant dishes to life.
### 🥄 How it works:
- RSVP to this event and let us know (in your rsvp or in the event page comments) which dish from the list below that you'd like to make.
- Prepare your dish at home, then bring it to share in a potluck-style dinner.
- We’ll provide you with a recipe from a traditional Polish source if you need one, or feel free to find your own!
- Portions don’t need to be huge — just enough for tasting and sharing among the group.
