Kitchen Catchup "I'm Stuffed" Potluck - Sat 4 Oct, 5pm, Auburn

Details

This month’s Kitchen Catchup theme is all about the filling!

For this “I’m Stuffed” Potluck, every dish should have something delicious tucked, wrapped, folded, or rolled inside.

Think savoury: dumplings, ravioli, pierogi, empanadas, stuffed peppers, samosas, spring rolls, bao buns, stuffed breads, or savoury pastries.

Think sweet: canolis, cream-filled éclairs, fruit hand pies, mochi, profiteroles, strudels, filled cookies, or chocolate truffles with surprise centres.

It can be from any cuisine, made with any ingredients, and in any style — the only rule is there’s something tasty hidden inside.

Bring your creation ready to share in potluck style, and tell us about the inspiration or tradition behind it. Whether you go for hearty and comforting or light and playful, we’ll all leave saying, “I’m stuffed!”

Menu :
* Minestrone Stuffed Soup (Paul)
* Dessert : Chestnut Cream Profiteroles (Natia)
* Other dishes to be added as people's choices on their contributions are shared

Natia
