Make beats and meet people: Musathon by kits.zip!
Interested in making music or trying out AI music tools? Join us for an in-person Musathon in Fairfax, VA.
We’ll start with coffee, matcha, and introductions, then spend one hour making beats on kits.zip. There’ll be a few ideas and challenges to work from, and we’ll help you get started and answer questions as you create. Afterward, we’ll listen to everyone’s music and talk about the experience. This is open to all experience levels, from people who already make music to people who only listen to it.
When: Friday, October 23, 2026, at 6 p.m.
Where: Fairfax, Virginia
Bring: A laptop and headphones
Request a spot here: https://kits.zip/events/first-musathon. We’ll email you once your place is confirmed.
Come spend some time making beats, tackling one of our challenges, and listen to what everyone creates. We’ll have a coffee pop-up and hands-on help throughout. All experience levels are welcome, no music experience needed.
