Sunset Yoga & Flow Arts Jam

Let's go outside and play!

Kitsap Flow Collective's next meet-up will be at Evergreen Rotary Park in Bremerton on July 9th at 7pm!!

To help warm up your body for flow, Lake will be offering a 30-minute yoga flow from 7 - 7:30p. Bring your mat or a blanket!

After the yoga flow, we will have music playing while you have a chance to dance, flow, and play. Bring your favorite flow art toys or just your body - no experience needed!
