Bring your body and your favorite flow arts toys. It might be overcast, but the weather is still warm, so bring hydration!

Practice your flow arts, meet new people, and learn new things! Flow jams are creative spaces where the body is nourished through movement. No prop or experience necessary. Free and welcome to all!
