What we’re about
Kitsap Nature Club is a new community for young adults (roughly 18-35) in Kitsap County to meet new people and connect with nature!
We offer a variety of outdoor activities that change with the seasons and vary in pace and intensity. Some gatherings are more relaxed and reflective, while others are more active or adventurous. Participation is always optional, and no single event defines the group.
Activities may include things like:
- Nature walks on trails or at the beach
- Hiking
- Tide pooling, beach combing, and sea glass hunting
- Foraging
- Sunrise and sunset hangouts
- Cold plunges
- Bioluminescence Swims
- Bonfires
- Solstice and equinox celebrations
- Snow activities (skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, etc.)
- Full moon activities
- Conservation efforts
- Watching the salmon spawn in the Fall
- Water activities (fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, etc.)
- Nature photography
We’re a new club and excited to see how it grows. Come to what appeals to you, skip what doesn’t, and help shape what this community becomes.
