Here it is again, Tis the season to get up there!

Aggressive Climb/Traverse in the Rain Shadow of the Olympics. Travel up to Mt Tyler on a very steep trail and then proceed along ridgeline to Mt Baldy before descending down the steep Maynard Burn trail. This is long hike with lots of elevation. Fantastic views from the top of the ridge – (North to the Straits and South to the interior of Deception Pass – among others). 9.3 mile loop with 4000 ft elevation.
Note: you will most likely come across hard crusted snow at these elevations. Microspikes, hike poles are necessary!
